Planning
Our event managers will work closely with you, selecting a menu that fits your taste, timetable, location and budget. If necessary, we will even personally inspect the site in advance. We can provide three levels of service: drop-off, buffet service or table service. If your event has a special theme, we can arrange for decorations and other extras.

Preparation
A few days prior to the event, our manager will call you to review the count and to discuss any last minute changes. Don't worry - our portions are ample and we always bring more than enough food. Prior to arrival on-site, we will count and inspect our supplies. We'll check the linens for spots and the plates for chips. We'll double-check the food for quality and freshness. We'll prepare and review 1 a schedule and site map with our staff.

Service
The day of the event, we'll arrive on time. Our staff will be prepared, professional and neatly uniformed. We'll adhere to your schedule and follow the site map - but are prepared for last minute changes or problems. One of our managers will remain at your event the entire time to make sure it runs smoothly.
